Special Service Arrangements
Our personalized greeting and check in, allows us to orient those new visitors to the resort and acquaint those who have stayed with us in the past. We can provide many services tailored to your groups needs and desires.

Ski Lift Tickets
We are also pleased to package dual mountain lift passes with your reservation - saving valuable vacation time - Discounted lift passes will be included in your check-in package so avoiding first morning ticket window line-ups. These passes are valid for both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Rates do depend on the number of days you wish to ski and the season of your visit.

Ski School
There are many excellent ski and board programs available for all ages and all abilities. In particular we highly recommend Kids Kamps and Freeski/Ride Tribe for children (from 3 years old) and teens, and for adults - Discover Skiing, Mountain Top Workshops & 3 and 4-day Ski Esprit Programs, as well as Whistler Heli-skiing. Let us help you decide which program will best suit your interests. Advance reservations are recommended and when you advise us of your confirmation number we will be pleased to pick up your vouchers and have them ready in your check-in package.

Rental Cars
We do recommend guests have a vehicle, when staying in Taluswood and all our guests receive corporate rates with AVIS Car Rentals. We would be pleased to provide prices for you and make the necessary reservations. Prices are subject to availability and taxes and insurance. Driving time from Vancouver Airport to Whistler is approximately 2 hours.

Food Services
In addition, we offer a grocery shopping service, providing your choice of groceries to be ready in your unit on arrival. We will also be pleased to assist with requests to help celebrate a special occasion or to make dinner reservations for you. In-house catering is also available from one of our fine Whistler chefs and caterers. This can be tailored to suit your requirements. We would also be happy to point you to one of the many favourite restaurants at Whistler.

Mountain Adventures
Whistler provides a range of other winter activities, Heli-skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, X-country skiing, skating and even winter fishing opportunities. Please call our reservations and we will be happy to assist you with your reservations.
