Spacious open living design compliments the unique location of this mountain enclave. Phase IV "The Heights" provides our guests ski in/ski out access onto Whistler Mountain. Multi level living with heated garages for ski and board storage has direct access into these on-mountain duplex properties. Gourmet kitchens, radiant floor heating throughout and large vaulted ceilings makes these executive style homes suitable for large families or ski groups.

Main Level: Spacious open floor plan:
Living room, dining room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, vaulted ceilings, large stone fireplace and a powder room.

Second Floor: Upstairs there is a spacious master bedroom with a King or queen sized bed (depending on the unit), reading area and full en-suite bathroom with large separate Jacuzzi bath and separate shower area. There is a second spacious master bedroom on the second floor with a queen sized bed, walk in closet and beautiful en-suite bathroom with separate bath tub and shower.

Third Floor: There are two more bedrooms and full laundry room facility. There is a second private, covered deck with hot tub.
