Reservation Policies
Payment
To Make Your Reservation, a one night's non-refundable deposit is
due at time of booking to guarantee dates. Balance of payment is
due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by
Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We're sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Rates
All rates are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to
change. Additional guests over 6 years of age are charged extra at
$35 per additional guest, per night, to the maximum set for each
property.
Taxes
Please add taxes of 10% Room Tax and 5% GST where applicable.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Early, Value & Regular Seasons: 5-night minimum stay
December holiday season : 7-night minimum stay
Cancellation Conditions
More than 45 days prior to arrival date: One night cancellation fee
Within 45 days of arrival: Refund equal to number of nights re-rented during reserved dates less one night's rate as cancellation fee.
Check-in/Check-out Procedure
Alpine staff will meet guests at a prearranged, convenient
location and provides ONE personal check-in for
each reservation. Guests are also personally checked-out by Alpine
staff on the day of departure.
Check-in: 4:00pm
Check-out: no later than 10:00am
Earlier check-in time may be possible, please inquire.
Unit Preparation
All units are prepared with fresh linens, towels, soaps and paper
products, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and detergent.
Kitchens are fully equipped with full appliance packages and
cookware, dishware, glassware and cutlery.
Housekeeping
Day-to-day housekeeping is the responsibility of guests. Full
check-out cleaning and laundry will be carried out after guest
departure which is part of our service. However, extra cleaning
charges may apply if Management deems it necessary. Weekly maid
service is provided for stays 7 nights or longer. Daily maid
service is available by prior arrangement at a small additional
cost.
Ski-in/Ski-out/Slopeside Access
Ski-in/Ski-out access is dependent on snow conditions,
particularly in early & late season.
Number of Guests/Management Discretion
Each reservation is for a specified and confirmed number of
guests. Alpine Vacation Accommodation requires notification, prior
to arrival, of any increase in the number of guests, which cannot
exceed the maximum set by each property owner. Alpine
Vacation Accommodation reserves the right to refuse or interrupt
service to any customer.
All units are strictly NON-SMOKING.
Sorry, NO PETS allowed.

CANCELLATION FEES
If cancellations are requested more than 45 days prior to
arrival date, there will be a charge equivalent to a
one-night stay, plus applicable taxes.
If cancellations are requested within 45 days of arrival date, there will be a charge equivalent to a one-night stay plus taxes, and the refund will be equal to the number of nights that Alpine Vacation is able to rebook to cover the originally reserved dates.

- Add 14.24% room tax for each reservation (Harmonized Sales Tax)
- No additional charge for children under 10 years old.
- Unit permitting; an extra person charge of 35.00 per person, per night will apply.
- No discounts during Holiday/Christmas Rate, President's Week/Chinese New Year or Easter Holidays.
